REFUND

We take care of every item by detailed quality checking and careful wrapping, however, there are chances of damages during the shipment, we suggest every customer to check with the items received at their earliest possible conveniences, pls contact us within 7 days after receipt of your parcel for any problems.

No refunds or exchanges for sewing patterns.

 

RETURN

It's important to us that you are happy with your purchase, please make sure you double check measurements and read product details before purchasing. 

However if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply email me within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be then returned within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the shipping cost).

We are a small company and simply cannot pay for shipping for you to return your product if you have decided you don't want it. Once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount to PayPal within 14 days. Shipping amounts will not be refunded.
