Working Process of the Custom Metal Labels
STEP 1 - Provide Your Custom Order Details
● You complete the order enquiry form with all details, such as pattern, shape, dimension, colour and upload your logo artwork.
GET A FREE QUOTE
STEP 2 - Price Quote and Artwork Design
● Once received your details, we’ll reply you shortly, and provide the price, shipping cost quotation.
● After you confirmed the price quotation, we will provide the draft of metal label, and issue an invoice for your custom order.
STEP 3 - Final Approval the visual 3D image
● We will send you the visual 3D images of the metal labels for your final approval.
STEP 4 - Create the Metal Mould
● After receiving your approval on the draft, we will start creating the customized metal mould for the metal labels.
STEP 5 - Production
● Use the metal mould to process with bulk production
● Plating the metal labels and wrapping with thin plastic sheet for surface protection
STEP 6 - Deliver Your Custom Order
● Once production is completed (in approximately 25 - 30 working days), your custom order will be shipped through express post.
