No, an account is not required to check out. However when you make an account you will have special features. You can view part orders, check order status, update your personal information, receive special promotional offers for members only.
To update your account information, please go to the "My Account" tab and enter your email address and password. Once logged in, you can update your password, shipping/billing information, etc.
We do NOT store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is 100% safe.
Most of our customers will not have to deal with sales tax.
The final checkout is always shown in US Dollars because the payment process will do the final currency conversion to your currency. You will still get prices in your currency.

For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP at "email@example.com" with order number and name so we can make the change.
We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

After 3 - 5 business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We don't ship everywhere in the world, but we do ship to many countries. Add some items to the cart, put in your location and check out our rates. If your country is not available, contact us and we'll see if we can add you.
No, kindly please be noted that the shipping charges do NOT include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country. We have no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
Generally your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days after receipted the payment.
Unless specified, default shipping way is Registered Airmail, packages are shipped through our shipping agency, and then on to your local postal services, such as USPS, Royal Mail, and AUS Post.

REPLACEMENT & RETURN ◢
We take care of every item by detailed quality checking and careful wrapping, however, there are chances of damages during the shipment, we suggest every customer to check with the items received at their earliest possible conveniences, please contact us within 7 days after receipt of your parcel for any problems, I will do the replacement or refund for the broken item.
It's important to us that you are happy with your purchase, please make sure you double check measurements and read product details before purchasing.
However if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply email me within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be then returned within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the shipping cost).
We are a small company and simply cannot pay for shipping for you to return your product if you have decided you don't want it. Once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount to PayPal within 14 days. Shipping amounts will not be refunded.
WHOLESALE & CUSTOM ORDER ◢
For larger quantity, the production time will be about 20 - 25 business days.
The metal label is created by a hard metal mould, each logo requires a unique mould, and the cost of the mould itself is close to US$250, we won't be able to cover this cost unless you are ordering 500 pieces or more, thus we won't be able to get a sample made for you, hope you can understand that.
However, I can send over a sample label, which is from the order of another customer, I'm sure you can use it as a quality reference.
PRODUCT TROUBLESHOOTING ◢
It is easy to fix it waxing the ball closures with the candle, then the problem will be solved.
For the some of the closure are very difficult to open, I have some pictures for your reference, hope they can help to fix the frame problem.
When you manage to open the clasps, push the clasps each to different side.
If you have a pointed crimper, this could be a much better way to fix the problem, hold one of the frame " legs", then catch the hinge with the crimper, the crimper should be placed right-angled to the frame "leg", then adjust the hinge a little bit upward or downward with the crimper, the clasps should work fine then.
1. Prepare the super glue, and ensure that the two surfaces to be joined are close fitting.
2. Apply the super glue and carefully squeeze a small drop onto one surface.
3. Press the surfaces together immediately and hold firmly until set without moving the parts.
4. Don't worry if there is some excess glue, this can be easily removed using a toothpick before the glue dried.
5. Replace the cap immediately and store the glue upright in a cool dry place.
6. Allow at least 1-2 hours to dry. For best results leave overnight before using.
7. The glue will be hidden after the fabric covered on plastic cover.
